Our sauces are handmade with fresh ingredients in our home of San Diego, California.

Our small-batch process allows us to guarantee we use the freshest ingredients available, hand-choosing all of our ingredients for every batch. We receive garlic regularly farm-fresh, shipped overnight from Gilroy, CA- the garlic capital of the world! Our sauces cook for a minimum of seven hours and each jar is prepared by hand for canning. Once the jars have cooled, we are able to apply our labels and ensure the highest quality product.
